Turn to Page 162, Grim Defeat. Today’s lesson is called Nowhere To Be Found The chapter begins with a lockdown of the school as the search for Sirius Black commences. Harry overhears Snape accusing someone of helping Black from inside Hogwarts, while Dumbledore dismisses him. The Gryffindors prepare for quidditch, while McG worries about Harry’s safety. Sir Cadogan has taken over guarding the common room, and everyone is on alert for Sirius Black. Lupin is suddenly absent from teaching, and Professor Snape takes over and belittles the quality of their education. Finally, the quidditch match against Hufflepuff begins, and in inclement weather, Harry is attacked by Dementors while pursuing the snitch.
