May is Movement Month! What do you enjoy doing to move your body?Mandy Nelissen is a Certified Yoga Teacher and a student of Mindfulness who lives life being "present" in the moment. But it hasn't always been that way. Mandy will share her journey through a divorce that turned her world "upside down" and made her life and mind more chaotic. She will share her experiences will being able to calm her anxious mind through the practice of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Breath work. Mandy noticed a transformation to her body and mind. She was more peaceful and calm and more able to put the "past in the past" and move forward in her life. Mandy will share her experience with Yoga and "what the mat can do for you."
