It has something to do with a concept called “chronotypes” and like how everyone should have a different diet, everyone should have their own sleep schedule based on their unique biological clock. We quote some scientists way more knowledgable than us on the subject and break down why influencers (and non-influencers tbh) try to perpetuate propaganda online in the first place.
