Dr. Josh gives us advice on how to figure out our relationship with people to know if they are teasing us or actually bullying us. A big role in teasing and bullying is our communication and how we receive what is being said. Someone may be teasing us but we may be really hurt by it. Dr. Josh brings up how our mood, words and relationships play a role in bullying. We also look at bullying from the perspective of the bully and why they are so mean to other people.
