Kit Pappenheimer and Lynnea Brinkerhoff are co-founders of Heartfelt Memorials,LLC. Lynnea is an ordained Interfaith Minister, a Disaster Chaplain, and "End of Life Doula". Kit is a former educator, teaching and running public schools and a long time hospice volunteer.
