Some ways to recover after a night of dancing? Delayed onset muscle soreness. It means you're pushing yourself and getting stronger! The best thing to do is to eat well, rest, and continue training. DOMS should stop occurring as your body gets used to the level of work. So stay hydrated, massage the sore areas, and stay active. Spending a couple of hours a couple of times a week social dancing shouldn't be too much for your body to get used to.   Try drinking water before, during, and after dancing.
