 If you’ve been avoiding the Vancouver Public Library because you have an overdue charge on your account, you’re in luck!  The VPL announced yesterday that they’re removing those fees … permanently. Our show contributor Jawn Jang joins us to explain what went into this decision and if it really works in recovering those overdue items.
