Kat doesn’t have a typical chef story. She didn’t know she wanted to be in the world of food professionally until she was 19. In an effort to hide from customers at her hostess job she asked the chef for a job in the kitchen. Almost instantly she fell in love and knew she had to work with food, it was her passion. To bolster her career and her talents she applied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France.
