It's entertaining enough for kids and is serviceable enough for adults. It is becoming clear that this franchise is starting to run out of runway. One of the biggest disappointments with this movie is the underutilization of the cast. There are some actors that are used for some of the villains that could have really been used better to play on the 80's time period.
