Chip is a pastor, marriage and family counselor, coach and consultant to leaders, teams, and organizations. His experience and training combine to give him unique and powerful insight into the blind spots and blockages most of us deal with in our personal life, our families and our work. He currently serves as a staff pastor at Seacoast Church in South Carolina.
