On the college football edition of the GSMC Football Podcast host Tom Dougherty discusses David Shaw's comments on the CFP Committee, talks recruiting, and power rankings. Stanford head coach David Shaw stated in an interview this week that he would like to see more attention paid to the course of a teams schedule. The comments were aimed at the CFP selection committee as he urged them to look at schools differently if they do not have bye week or play a Friday night road game. Executive Director of the CFP, Bill Hancock, reasured that all facets of a teams schedule are taken under consideration. Tom also looks at the recruiting update, as Georgia reeled in a few top ranked players this week.
