Today I speak with Keishia Facey. We have a fantastic, in depth conversation on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.  One of her roles is to help organizations address and dismantle systemic racism. Today, she helps us understand the importance of addressing systemic racism in the workplace and ways we can begin to do it.
