Pastors Doug, Blake, and Kyle return as a team to discuss the following: 1. Last week (maybe the week before?) there was a question around the idea that Jesus may not have been as poor as we often all assume He was. I can’t remember if this was his theory or something he read, but I believe it was Kyle who brought up the fact that there may be some credence to the wealth theory because it would have cost a lot for Jesus to be as well educated as He obviously was. Then on Sunday Doug threw out the idea that Jesus may not have known that Judas would betray Him when He chose him as a disciple. The idea that the son of God needed an education or didn’t know things is weird to me but the idea of Jesus being born as a walking/talking baby thus requiring no education is equally (if not disturbingly more) weird. I don’t know that I have a specific question but I’d love to hear each of your thoughts around the idea of the hypostatic union and what you think Jesus knew or didn’t know about the future, the world a
