This week on Roosters Radio we sit down with Joey Manu as he shares his journey from playing rugby league in Tokoroa to winning back to back premierships and representing New Zealand. Joey talks about the weekly flights from NZ to play for the roosters. We learn how Joey adapted from small town New Zealand to living in Sydney and the sacrifices he and his family made. Joey reflects on growing up away from his family and how much of an impact his father has made on not only his own life but the life of others. We also talk to Terry Murphy (Retro Rooster) about a fundraiser being held to support club legend Barry "Bunny" Reilly.
