Jill K DeWit:Since we are sitting in the Valley of the Sun, the Phoenix Metro area, let's just say, it's been nuts. COVID nuts. There was a lot of sales, a lot of transactions, a lot of stuff, available things, just moving hands. And then I've noticed very recently and we're through the holidays, so we're past all that. There's just not a lot of inventory. And the days on market are still like record low.
