On this episode of Latina Lifestyle Legacy, Reyna and Ashley talk about their word for the year 2022. Both ladies believe in the importance of having a word of the year, because it can allow you to be intentional on the things you want to focus on. When thinking of a word you should think about that one thing you always feel you need more of, and make that your word. Ashley's word of the year is; discipline. Ashley knows that discipline is what she needs to reach the next level in her business. She has come to find out that discipline is what gets her through the hard times. Motivation comes and goes, but the discipline is what is going to keep you going. Eventually when we are disciplined with the things we choose, it is going to become our second nature. Start with one goal, become disciplined with it, and add more as you move forward. Reyna's word of the year is; living. She knows the importance of living in gratitude, but also being present, because you may never know what the next day may bring. In the p
