The Brazilian Tourism Board (EMBRATUR) invited the US writer, Kevin Raub, responsible for more than 40 Lonely Planet Guides to a very Brazilian, laid-back "bate-papo" (chat in Portuguese) about cachaça. Kevin, who has lived in Brazil (and is married to a Brazilian), discusses his experiences of living as a local as well as how he discovered the "famous national drink".
