We all know this reality in the world of construction, but what about in building organizations? Here is your business tip. Make it a priority in your organization to teach and train everyone in a biblical worldview of life and work. This should be considered basic training for your organization. Any workers who refuse to submit to this training should be released or they will become cancer in your organization. There are enough challenges from the financial storms of life; don’t allow cancer from within your organization to exacerbate the turbulence from financial storms.
