Today is a quickie episode to answer to a biggie question: WHAT. IS. COLLAGEN?! Like seriously, what IS IT? Surely if you’ve spent a couple minutes on Instagram you’ve seen loads of peeps dumping this power called collagen in their smoothies, or maybe you’ve had someone recommend it to you. I’ll bet you smiled and nodded, or liked the instagram post and scrolled wondering silently, “WHAT IS COLLAGEN?!” I’m not saying this question was like eating you up inside, you know, I hardly doubt you were losing sleep over not knowing about collagen, but I do think you’ll feel pretty powerful after hearing the answer. Ok - maybe not powerful, but it’s always good to know things. That’s why I brought on a collagen spokesperson (a PR manager for Vital Proteins, the groundbreaking and mega popular collagen company) to share the scoop on what’s in their scoop!
