Today’s guest knows a thing or two or twenty about struggling with her health. Over the last decade, Amie Valpone and her body have been through quite a lot (think: Lyme disease, PCOS, colitis, parasites, pathogens, Candida, Mold toxicity, Heavy metal toxicity, Hypothyroidism, Leaky gut, SIBO, chronic hormonal imbalances, edema and even more) so through it all she’s simply had to become the #1 advocate for her own health.
