The guys recap Week 9 before delving into the tale of some rebuilding teams: the Raiders, Dolphins, and Panthers; and choose who they believe has rebuilt their respective teams the best (hint: they've all done quite well so far).  The Bucs and Seahawks both had brutal losses. Following up a Twitter poll we had a few days ago, the guys debate who of the Super Bowl contenders should be more concerned after a terrible Week 9 showing. Next, they give you an updated playoff picture and discuss what teams are looking at making a playoff push over the next 8 weeks.
