Fit Dad Fitness Podcast

This week, I welcome husband, father, fitness fanatic, and business owner Sean Lake to the show.   Sean is a former professional snowboarder who also spent decades in action sports marketing, and now, he has started a health and wellness supplement company called BUBS Naturals.   The company is named after Sean’s childhood best friend Glen “BUB” Doherty, a Navy SEAL who was killed in Benghazi, Libya on 9/11 in 2012.
