I think about emotions a lot. Not just because I teach people how to kick the emotional eating habit so they can fix what’s causing them to overeat. I think about them for other reasons, too.  One is because I’m an emotional person. I wasn’t taught to suppress my feelings, and I don’t have trouble expressing them.
