There is a critical need for pro-life individuals to be aware of, and comfortable in the realm of ideas. If you are not from California, the discussion is pertinent to all states, as California like every other state, has a two-year, two-house (bicameral) legislature (except for Nebraska which is a unicameral legislature). The United States Congress on the federal level also elects in 2 year cycles. Every election year we, as citizens, elect those who will look at ideas and decide whether or not they should become law.
