In this episode of Life Matters, Commissioner Johnston explains exactly what happened in the closing days of the California state legislative session of 2019.  Brian reminds listeners that if they really care about human life and consider themselves to be pro-life they need to take the time to look into how laws are made because it is the laws that are designed to protect innocent lives. Once Roe v.
