I bet for some of you the name of this episode caught your attention...after all, everyone wants to know when that magical day will happen. Sorry to disappoint you, but we will not know when the market reaches the bottom until after it is in recovery. The better question is, why does finding the bottom of a market cycle matter to you?  Do you honestly believe there are more “deals” in this magical place? Who lied to you by saying the best time to buy is at the bottom of the market? The best time to buy is when the numbers make sense because you are dealing with a motivated seller or one who does not see the potential in their own asset.
