For decades, creating efficient, yet pleasant workspaces has been the subject of some debate.  Finding that balance between efficiency and comfort is not always easy. More often than not, available space and design features are the result of limited budgets and doing what the boss wants, while claiming to have the employee’s best interests at heart. These days, words like “engagement” and “productivity” are bandied about. Words that are measured.
