This is the time when diets and whole health plans go wrong. I’ve lost a lot of weight quickly and my metabolism is shot. I can’t eat more than about 1200 calories without gaining. Perhaps the hardest part of this process is fine-tuning my diet. It’s not easy to move just 60 calories more or less, but I need to make small adjustments now.
