Key Takeaways: A few months ago, my friend and great coach Kate Schell sent me an application for the Facebook Community Leadership Program. Awarding $50,000 for Fellows and $1 Million for Residents, the Facebook Community Leadership Program (FCLP) addresses the needs identified by community leaders. This global initiative gives over 100 participants from around the world the support, tools, funding and the belief in themselves that they need to best lead their communities.
