Full e-Booked Meets high performance psychologist, established author and long term health specialist Dr. Aria. Having initially followed his parents wishes of studying at medical school in Edinburgh, Dr. Aria's world was turned upside down when his Father became ill with non-hodgkin's lymphoma. It was at this point that Dr. Aria's Father told him that if becoming a medical Doctor was not his dream then he was free to follow his own path. Dr. Aria proceeded to study psychology at the infamous St. Andrews university before being granted a scholarship to study at the ivy league University of Pennsylvania and then completing his doctorate in clinical psychology at UCL. Dr. Aria has since released the best selling book "A mindful Year" and boasts some of society most high profile people amongst his clients.
