In this episode, you’re going to hear the introduction to a session that I did at the Realising Potential conference. The introduction was to a set of coaching demonstrations that I did. The reason I’m sharing the introduction is because I got a lot of feedback from people saying how powerful it was because what you’ll hear me do is lay out my approach to coaching people from a principles-based understanding. What I also explain is why coaching from a principles understanding is so different to how I used to coach (when I was an NLP coach) and to how a lot of people approach coaching.
