Here we are after a year of the pandemic, probably one of the most extraordinary experiences any of us have had.    What do you think the unexpected psychological carryovers might be?   I mean, do you think we've kind of been okay?    Part of me thinks that people have got more fragile, that it's almost like there's a sort of learned timidness.    Have you seen any evidence of that or how would you characterize it?    This is a great question asked by one of my leadership students on Linkedin
