I had a blast with over 130 fifth graders on a field trip at a Leadership Reaction Course for the military. What got under my skin is how progressive we are in technology, medical advance, science research; yet we are regressing in life application skills. The ones being taught at the LRC (Leadership Reaction Course). Unfortunately, what I found was laziness, the expectation someone else was going to do the work, and not willing to think outside the box. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lead by example. Be a role model! The simple way to remember this is M.O.D.E.L.! MODEL the behavior you want your child to use. OW
