Today I’m sharing one of the most helpful frameworks for me in my business. I learned it from my friend Tod Herman. This framework has helped me see where my business is and where I want to go with it in the coming years. The 5 stages are: The start-up phase The ramp-up phase The build-up phase The scale-up phase The leader-up phase   No framework is perfect, but this one is extremely helpful. My hope is that you’ll be able to identify where you are in this matrix.
