Well, not exactly, despite this movie being officially attributed as a Zach Snyder film, he had to step away from the project due to personal tragedy, Danny Elfman came in to compose a new score, and Joss Whedon wrote a new draft of the script along with taking over the director's chair (and not to mention the usual suspect...studio interference). Is this 2 hour, re-shot version a garbled, kid-friendly mess or is it DC's answer to a family friendly superhero flick? Or is it both?
