We are witnessing a choreographed effort of obstructionism with this rushed appointment of Brett Kavanaugh despite evidence that should bring into question how this candidate should deserve a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court. Kathy Kleinfield, who heads the Houston's Women's Clinic, can attest to the character and bias of Kavanaugh who officiated the "Jane Doe" case of the undocumented minor who Kavanaugh refused to grant her legal right to an abortion.
