Conversations With The Royal Empress

We are constantly trying to balance, and play catch up.  We try to be everything to everyone.  We have careers, and families, we are running businesses and households, and  we are always taking care of others, but when do we relax and take care of ourselves?  The stress level of the average Black Woman is through the roof.  It's time to reclaim our time, and start reducing stress!  We can only straighten our Crowns if we are here to actually wear it!  Reclaim your time, it's okay the world will just have to adjust.
