You will recognise from the title that this is a slightly different episode. I have been discussing the balance of 'real life' vs 'dream life' The self development world can be hugely inspiring and offer a world of possibilities. But what happens (no matter how great your positive mindset is) when real life is challenging, unexpected and emotional? How do you maintain the work load; doing the daily tasks and continuing to grow. A few weeks back Ingrid Fernandez emailed me with an idea. Sadly her Mum passed away last year.
