Today I had the pleasure to talk to a young man who was able to channel his journey through depression and turn it into a book, my guest today is Emilio Trinidad.  Emilio is a Calexico native who has published two books, "My Words to You" and "Nothing but Kindness".   His first book was inspired by his journey through mental health issues and the second one was inspired by his niece's journey through her battle with leukemia.
