On this Episode, Charlotte Curtis tells us about running OCR races with minimal running early on, and then transitioning to ultra running during 2020. She has done a lot of ultra races in a short amount of time, and has done very well. We go over a few of those, but especially her most recent 2nd place finish at the Georgia Death Race. The Georgia Death Race is a 74ish mile point to point trail run from Vogal State Park to Amicalola Falls State Park. Runners have to carry a 1lb railroad spike the entire way.
