AKA fixed #2 :) Not necessarily a mix...just an effort to right a terrible wrong. To me, Broken was a perfect Nine Inch Nails album because it was loaded with bangers and nothing else. The Fragile had about 40 minutes of bangers along with at least an hour of bloat that I just took a blowtorch to in my DAW. It's funny, I remember that it shifted massive numbers the week it came out. I bought it (paying a premium double-cd price) and, by the time I even got home, hated it. There would be a banger, then nothing audible for minutes at a time because all I could hear was tire/road noise from my college beater car. God, I resented this album for that. Of course, to add insult to injury, all the damn songs ran together so I couldn't simply dub the bangers to a minidisc or cassette back in 1999... Within a week I'd lent it to my best friend and never asked for it back.
