Matthew 16:18 says "And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.". Do you think he meant Peter or something else? ie. a play on words between Peter (Petros) and rock (Petra) 2. I struggle making new friends and going to church events with lots of people because I've been really hurt in the past in church social settings. How do I meet new people and go to ministry events and make sure I don't get hurt again? 3.  I have a close friend that is making some really poor decisions that are hurting them and their family.
