Jesus never broke God’s law, in fact He fulfilled each one to completion. But He did break man’s empty traditions, again and again. He came to do a new work in and among God’s people. He clearly explains that HE is our Sabbath rest. Sabbath isn’t found in a specific day but in a specific person – Jesus.
