Arkansas in the 80's was a wild place. What with the number one drug dealer in the US (later murdered by the Medellin Drug Cartel in Baton Rouge, LA) flying planes out of Mena, Arkansas right next to hangers operated by the CIA. Mena which was long known as a Mafia summer resort and not far from Hope, Arkansas, the birthplace of President Bill Clinton. Somehow in this small town in a small state run by Governor Clinton, there were drug dealers involved with the Iran Contra Deals, gambling and prostitution houses run by the mob and the CIA all right next to one another but no one knew much about what was going on there. Especially not the Arkansas State Police. Until now, when Pete and Keith investigate!
