044 Rich Daughtridge - Opening a Theater During COVID Lockdowns Rich Daughtridge and his team at Warehouse Cinemas opened their new theater right as COVID lockdowns were closing businesses and studios were scaling back movie productions. Learned what happened when they moved forward with their plans.  BIO Rich graduated from Smithsburg High School in 1994 and went on to attend the Virginia Military Institute, ultimately earning a degree in Business and Economics in 1998. While attending VMI he played soccer and became the All-Time Scoring Leader and is a now a member of the VMI Sports Hall of Fame. After college, he played professional soccer for 7 years.  Rich is currently the President and CEO of HighRock Group, the holding company for their marketing, technology and entertainment ventures. He has been active as a guest speaker/panelist at cinema trade events, and volunteer as a current Board Member of Mid-Atlantic National Association of Cinema Owners (NATO), a Board Member and Marketing Committee Chair
