On Sept. 12, 2018 The California Supreme Court rejected the ALRB's appeal to not count the votes of Gerawan workers who wanted to decertify the UFW Union. That vote was held November 2013. Dan Gerawan is co-owner of Gerawan Farming fears if the ballots are ever counted that many may be challenged.
