On this episode LeeAnn Blizzard and I recap the Carolina Ultra. This being her first ultra we talk about her strategy going into the race.  We go over what worked and what didn't work. This was a great race and a great venue. The rain pounded it all day Saturday and it sucked in the most epic way possible! A lot of people expected an easy Ultra and I think everyone was quite surprised.
