She works with new mothers on their fourth trimester nurturing and supporting newborn mothers who want to avoid feeling overwhelmed, isolated and sleep deprived. She founded The Motherhood Circle to create a safe space for all new mothers to gain the confidence to mother their way & become the best mum they can be.
