Sustainable League

Mackenzie Selby is the most honest and mentally/emotionally strong person that I know. I value her insights and talks more than any other person on this planet. I've known her since high school and we went down some very dark places together...not only that but we also started our healing together. We went from a life of debauchery all before ever taking a legal drink to getting sober and doing the work--and continuing to do the work.  She has worked in the mental health space for the past ten years and knows the in's and out's of helping folks get on the right path.  We talk a lot about our own shit, including relationships, sex, and things we've learned this past year.
