This week, join Luci, Lichen, Lazarus, Hunty and special guest Kane Koanoa, as they discuss education in the news: the dangerous, feeble, and inequitable attempt by politicians to reopen schools during the Coronavirus pandemic with neoliberal means and capitalistic ends; and how students and teachers are resisting to ensure the health and safety of themselves and others who stand to be harmed by schools reopening. Public Space Travel is a podcast dedicated to social/political critique, comedy, and education. Coming from an anti-hierarchy/oppression perspective, we aim for progressive/radical left solidarity with brothers/sisters/trans and non-binary folk of all stripes.
